My Name is Emma.

I am doing year 12 at school.

A Subject of Interest that I am currently participation in is called Community Studies.

Community Studies is a strange and wired subject. Its a very personal subject. It allows the person the freedom to do anything as long as it has something to do with the community. You have to set up your own work and you a judged on what you completed in your contract and how well you did it.

With this Freedom and ability to choose what to do, I chose to work with in my Star Wars Community Group. I could participate in event like I normally do and call it school work!! It dose not get much better then that. With permission from the SAFF (Star Wars Group) They allowed be to do my school subject with them. I discovered that I would have to do a little more then just participate in event, I discovered that I had to organises some events for the SAFF and even create a website for them. This didn't sound so bad, and with the grace and mercy the SAFF let me do this. 

With in my time limit (1st of March till the 1st of June) I had to Organises 2 events, create web site, create a business card and participate in events that where already organised. Also on top of that, I had to create a presentation about the SAFF and what I have observed, to the SAFF, that was the hardest thing of all.

I had 3 months to do all of the above in, that doesn't sound so hard, but when you try and fit all of that around my other school subjects, then it makes it harder.

The SAFF had already organised to have a meting at Blair National Park, Raise Money for Relay For Life, so that we could Attend Relay for Life. Those where 3 per-organised events. I organised 2 events. A Air-Hockey night and a Bowling night. That's 5 events in 3 months. That's Pretty Cool!!

Simply put this is what I have set myself to do.

• Organises two Social events for the SAFF
• Help out with Fund rasing for Relay For Life.
• Make a business card
• Make a website (which you are looking at.)

 I have completed all of the above to the best of my ability. Soon I will have the results from SSABSA (the Senior Secondary Assessment Board of South Australia) I have handed up all the work I have done for this subject to them and soon I will have a result from that. Hopefully it will be good.

Also with so assistance from true computer Guru's I will be able to show my Presentation on this site. It is basically a very elegant and well presented way of showing everything I did and summing up what I did. I hope I can get that online soon.
