The repairs begin-while keeping it in use -      the run up to the Simpson desert in 1989

bit by bit , it slowly improved........                 [10 j/cans,petrol;4 j/c water]

     LandRover is inching its way towards being   FFW version 1 for Land-Rover.

This is a 1948 LandRover            1953 LandRover 'No.1'.dash board

Restored by Bob Atkins,now                      
resides in the foyer of MLR,(Melbourne LandRover) at
the cnr of Lorimer and Ingles st's Docklands in Melbourne.  
Another superbly restored 80 inch landy is located in the
Foyer of ULR,(another LandRover dealer) at 1303 Malvern
Rd, Malvern   in Victoria![ infoc/o Dave.C ]
