| This website is a simple attempt to document, where possible, my families at least back to those ancestors who first came to South Australia (which was settled by Europeans, officially, in 1836). Where the information is available (principally with regard to my Fogden and Payne families) I have included their ancestors as well. Much of the information would have been difficult (perhaps impossible) to assemble if not for the extensive records which my late mother collected over her lifetime. |
