COMMENTS
The Tigers returned to the winner's circle with a confidence boosting 10 point victory. Despite kicking into a stiff breeze in the first quarter the Bays looked set to break the game wide open in the second. However, to the Panther's credit they outscored the Tigers 4-1 to 3-4 into the breeze.

The opening 17 minutes of the third quarter was all South Adelaide as they raced out to a 27 point lead and appeared to be cruising. However, the Tigers showed plenty of resolve to kick the last 3 goals , 2 by Duldig, to be within striking distance at lemon time.

In a hard fought final quarter Glenelg reduced the margin to 2 points as the clock entered time on. Ryan Willits was awarded a holding the ball free kick and kicked truly to give the Bays the lead for the first time since the second quarter. Four minutes later Ruwoldt followed with another goal to seal a satisfying victory for Mark Mickan's men. details
