Cinnamon Cake


2 cups sugar
250g butter
6 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups flour
1 cup milk


  1. Preheat oven to 180° C.
  2. Beat sugar and butter well. Add eggs one at a time and mix well
  3. Add vanilla
  4. Fold in flour, alternating with milk. Stir until well combined
  5. Place mixture in a lined, large shallow baking dish and bake for approximately 35 minutes. Do not over bake.
  6. While still hot, spread top with butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
