2 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups flour
1 cup milk
- Preheat oven to 180° C.
- Beat sugar and butter well. Add eggs one at a time and mix well
- Add vanilla
- Fold in flour, alternating with milk. Stir until well combined
- Place mixture in a lined, large shallow baking dish and bake for approximately 35 minutes. Do not over bake.
- While still hot, spread top with butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
