Chocolate Self Saucing Pudding

Ingredients

1 cup SR flour
3/8 cup sugar
1 tbsp cocoa
2 oz butter
1/2 cup milk
1 teasp vanilla
2 cups hot water

Topping

3/8 cup sugar
1 tbsp cocoa

Method

  1. Sift flour & cocoa
  2. Add sugar
  3. Heat butter & milk until butter melts, add vanilla
  4. Stir into flour mixture until smooth
  5. Pour into big deep microwave dish
  6. Combine Topping ingredients, sprinkle on top of pudding
  7. Gently pour hot water over
  8. Microwave on high for 7 min
