More Chocolate Chip Biscuits


cup butter, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 1/3 cup SR flour
230-250g choc chips/ mini M+Ms


  1. Preheat oven to 180° C.
  2. In large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in egg and vanilla
  4. Fold in flour
  5. Add choc chips. Stir until well combined
  6. Drop heaped tablespoonfuls 5cm apart on baking paper
  7. Bake 10 to 13 minutes until edges are lightly browned. Do not over cook.
