Chocolate Chip Biscuits

Ingredients

125g butter, softened
1 cup castor sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 cups SR flour
1 cup choc chips

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 175° C.
  2. Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla
  3. Sift in flour. Mix until just combined.
  4. Add choc chips, combine.
  5. Roll heaped teaspoons of mixture into balls and slightly flatten. Place 5 cm apart on baking sheets.
  6. Bake for 12- 15 mins, or until lightly browned on the bottom. Do not over cook.
