Choklitt Kayke

Ingredients

1 cup cocoa
1 cup boiling water
190g butter
1+ cups sugar
3 eggs
2 cups SR flour
1 cup milk

Method

  1. Mix water and cocoa until smooth
  2. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing between additions
  4. Beat in cooked cocoa mixture
  5. Add milk, mixing until all ingredients are well combined
  6. Pour into greased tin and bake 30-35 min @ 180° C
  7. Test with skewer, cook another 5-10 min if it comes out sticky
