The Australian Retrieval Nursing Association (ARNA) represents nurses & midwives who specialise in the care and management of critically ill patients (neonate, paediatrics and or adults) in an aviation and/or ground transport environment. ARNA is a not for profit organisation whose mission is to advance the practice of Retrieval Nursing in Australia, to provide a professional identity and promote national recognition for Retrieval Nursing. It is hoped this website will provide opportunities for communication and collaboration among Retrieval Nurses. Our members support research and education that promotes nursing knowledge and improves patient care practice.
