These are based on Chinese Kevlar drivers and Vifa tweeters.  I got the woofers, which are of very good build quality, for a very good price.  Some of the big, well-known, brand names in the loudspeaker industry are actually manufactured in China, so I was curious to know how these no-name chinese drivers sound like.
