Australia's first agricultural college was established at Roseworthy, 50km north of Adelaide in 1883. Since its establishment, the Australian agricultural industry has recognised Roseworthy Agricultural College as the premier teaching facility for the sector and close partnerships with industry and government research groups have always been a feature of Roseworthy's development. In 1991, the Roseworthy Agricultural College joined forces with the The University of Adelaide.
Today the Roseworthy Campus of the
University of Adelaide is an internationally renowned centre for excellence
in dryland agriculture, natural resource management and animal production. Roseworthy
is continuing its pioneering role with a strategic vision for the 21st century
that focuses on combining and integrating resources with campus partners and
rural industries to develop the campus as the hub of information transfer, communication,
learning and new technologies for the rural community.
Staff and students will be accommodated in the student residences. All linen,
pillows, blankets will be provided, as are all catering needs.

* Canteen and shop (with EFTPOS available)
