There will be 5 seminars during the workshop:

1. Significant performance improvement on large sample SPM platform (ICON AFM)
2. Seamless integration of SPM with optical techniques (Catalyst AFM)
3a. Hands on: ICON atomic resolution, large platform SPM system
3b. Hands on: Catalyst Bio SPM system mounted on inverted optical microscope
4. New developments in SPM techniques make it a full function nano-analysis platform.
5. Quantitative mechanical properties measurement of nano-materials with SPM

Besides these seminars, there will also be a Q&A session and time for other hands on operation of both the ICON and Catalyst AFM systems.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own sample for analysis.
