My wife, Cassie and I set up our business as we were frustrated by add on fees and lack of service provided by the Managers of the group we live in.

 

No Hidden additional Charges: ­ We do not believe in additional charges so our fee include emails, faxes, phone calls, correspondence items, document production, late meeting charges, postage and photocopying and the AGM. We do not believe you should be charged extra for our business phone or computer system.

 

Kick backs: We have NO relationship kick backs from contractors or brokerage fees and do not charge a percentage on your trust account interest.

 

Individual Trust Accounts: ­ To ensure the highest standards of accountability we hold each individual scheme’s funds, deposit and investment in completely separate trust accounts. We are currently receiving 4.25% at call on Investments

.

Our Fees: Our flat fee results in savings.

 

AGM meetings: As AGM meetings are mainly attended by owner-occupiers, so we prefer to hold them on site this allows a walking tour of any problems and builds community bonding. Otherwise we can hold these at our property in Adelaide.
