Western Jets Netball ClubThe 2008 winter season has commenced with the Western Jets represented at virtually all levels of all age grades. We have recently secured the services of Marg Angove to run 2 high performance squads in early 2008, for players aged 12 - 17. We hope that the expertise that Marg brings will assist us in turning our high participation rate in finals into more grand final appearances and premierships for the club. |

About the Western Jets : |
|||
Western Jets have developed a proud reputation as a strong family oriented club that provides opportunities for players to achieve their goals and play at the highest level. Yet we do this at a much lower cost to players than nearly all other clubs at ETSA Park. We have a strong focus on junior development and regularly conduct clinics. This is reflected in our continual successful participation rate in finals. The last winter season has seen 14 of a possible 25 Jets teams playing in finals, which is a strong performance by our club. The Jets play at ETSA Park in Adelaide in both the winter (AMND) and in the summer (City Night) competitions. We have 31 teams playing in the current winter season. In 2008, our club trains at ETSA Park as we await the construction of new courts at West Beach. We still hjave access to courts at Glenelg North and, under lights, at St. Leonard's Primary School.
